The general terms and conditions of operation of the website are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Consumer Protection against Unfair Commercial Practices Act (ZVPNPP) and the Electronic Commerce in the Market Act (ZEPT). The website is intended for the presentation and sale of services and / or products to the end user. It is operated by the independent company PARANOJA, d.o.o., Struška ulica 17, Ribnica, 1310 Ribnica ( is a trademark owned by PARANOJA, d.o.o.), hereinafter referred to as the provider. The user is the person who uses our site, that is, the buyer from the site. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the website, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.


The Bidder guarantees to always provide the Buyer with the following information:

a) the identity of the company (name and place of business, registry number),
b) contact information enabling the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, telephone),
c) the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
d) the availability of articles (any item or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable time in the event of unavailability, we will notify you),
e) the conditions of delivery of the items or the performance of the service (mode, place and time of delivery),
f) all fares must be clearly and unambiguously specified and must show whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
g) the method of payment and delivery,
h) the validity of the tender,
i) the period within which the contract and the conditions for withdrawal can still be met; in addition, if and how much it costs the buyer to return the item,
j) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including any contact information or customer contact information.


Contract – the order will be stored electronically at the headquarters of the web portal (PARANOJA, d.o.o., Struška ulica 17, Ribnica, 1310 Ribnica). It is available for the client to view. The client may receive a copy by regular mail or email.


On the website, the provider enables payment:

After receiving your order, we will send you a voucher by registered mail or via email – according to your preferences. In addition to the gift certificate, you will also receive a deferred invoice in the attachment. The gift voucher will step into effect as soon as the payment is completed. If you choose not to pay the invoice, you must let us know and return the gift voucher by mail so that you will no longer have any obligation to our company.

• Cash on delivery
if you decide to personally pick up the gift certificate and it is receipt, you pay the gift certificate with cash.


All prices are in euros (eur) and include vat unless indicated otherwise. The bidder reserves the right to change the prices, unless stated otherwise. The prices confirmed by the user when ordering apply.


The offer is valid until further notice.


You can place your orders online from 0.00 to 24.00 every day. Orders received Monday through Friday until 2pm are shipped the same day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be shipped on the first business day (in the mail) or by appointment (orders for personal pick-up or by email).


You have the right to return any of the ordered items within 14 days of their arrival, without specifying the reason for the return. The refund period starts running one day after receiving the item. You can initiate the return process by calling +386 31-208-542 or by sending an email to [email protected]. You must then return the items to us within 15 days. This 15 day period begins to run the same day the refund process is initiated. All costs of the return (eg postage) are covered by the buyer. We will refund your funds to your account as soon as possible and within 30 days from receiving the returned items. if you have already started using the items before the expiry of the 14-day period (for example, redeeming a tandem jump card, consuming the value of a gift certificate, etc.), unfortunately it is no longer possible to withdraw from the contract.


Should the buyer notice that he has provided incorrect information when ordering or has made other errors in the ordering process that may affect the tenderers delivery process, he must notify the tenderer as soon as possible.


By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the house rules and instructions set by the event organizer. The ticket is not valid without a coupon. The ticket loses its value after performing the purchased experience. the validity of the ticket is one (1) year from the date of issue. In the meantime, the participant of the event can attend any free appointment published on the website In the event of cancellation or postponement of the agreed term, no costs will be reimbursed (eg travel expenses, hotel, etc.). In case of cancellation of the experience, rebook the event for another free term within the validity of the ticket. Cancellation of a booked term does not extend the validity of the ticket. In the event that the client / participant unjustifiably fails to attend the appointment, the ticket is considered to be used. Skydiving is a seasonal experience, so you will need to choose a term during the season and inside the validity of your ticket. The organizer reserves the right to make minor and / or justified changes to your experience.


Your ticket is validity cannot be extended, except in specific cases when you were unable to attend the experience for reasons such as a serious injury, longer illness, a longer period working abroad, or other justified reason. In this case, please send us the relevant proof / certificate and we will extend your ticket for the duration of the inability to attend, with a maximum of 6 months. The proof must have adequate value and validity e.g. damage sheet from the hospital or specialist doctor, temporary residence permit, etc. unfortunately, because of various abuse, the certificates of personal doctors and employers cannot be accepted. An application for an extension of the ticket must be submitted within the validity period of the ticket. An expired ticket can no longer be renewed. Extending the ticket is validity costs the price listed on the price list plus any additional charge in the event of a change in the price of the adventure during the period from the issue of the ticket to the extension of the tickets validity.


The provider shall use appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments. The provider assumes no liability and cannot be held liable for any damage to computer / hardware or other property and any virus entries that could affect the users equipment due to website visit, text, image, data, video and audio recordings. The user guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of all the information provided and is liable to the bidder for any damages incurred due to inaccurate and untrue information, except for the information related to the order, which may change as a result of the update.


The bidder undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the personal data protection act (official gazette of the rs, no. 86/2004), and the electronic communications act (zek, official gazette of the rs, no. 43/2004). All information obtained from the website will be used solely for invoicing and other necessary communications.


The website does its best to use up-to-date information and that the appropriate information is published on the website. The key issue is that the prices of the products in / or the service can change which can cause the provider to fail to correct the information on the web pages in time. In case of such an event the bidder will notify the buyer of the change and enable him to cancel or replace the previous order. All photos are symbolic and do not guarantee specific properties. The bidder must confirm within eight (8) days that he has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to process it and keep him / her informed of the progress of the procedure. The bidder shall use his best endeavors to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement, otherwise the court where the bidders registered office is located shall have jurisdiction over the dispute.
